4'S & 5'S PROGRAM INFORMATION

Welcome to the Preschool class. In this class your child will start to prepare for going to kindergarden. The things we will be working on will be:

Recognizing the letters of the alphabet.
Learning to print the letters both in upper and lower case.
Working on math. Learning to count to 100 and start working on easy math problems. Learning with objects how to add and take away.
Recognizing colors and shapes.
Learning the wonderful world of Science. Doing experiments and working with everyday items.
Learning the sounds that letters make.
Understanding the importance of sharing and others feelings.
Learning how to be responsible for our personal belongings.
Doing group activities of singing, reading and finger play.

Anytime you would like to speak to the teacher with a concern or information regarding your child, please feel free to come and speak to them.
